Mr. Findlay is a retired lawyer who was a Partner in the law firm of Bennett Jones LLP from 2012 to 2024. Prior to that, Mr. Findlay was a Partner at Cassels, Brock & Blackwell LLP and the predecessor firm to Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. Mr. Findlay was primarily engaged in securities law with an emphasis on public offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, and takeovers. His practice also involved debt and equity securities, mining law, corporate governance, shareholder activism and general corporate transactions. Mr. Findlay has been recognized by Lexpert as a leading practitioner in Mining and Corporate Finance & Securities and by The Best Lawyers in Canada in the practice areas of Mergers & Acquisitions Law, Mining Law, Natural Resources Law and Securities Law. Mr. Findlay is also a director of Gold Hart Copper Corp. (TSXV: HART). He is also a former director of various private and public companies.

Allen Taylor is President of GTD Partners, a consulting and advisory firm providing operational, financial, and investment management services to a wide range of clients. Previously, he held key positions throughout an extensive career at Brookfield Asset Management, where he specialized in complex operational and financial turnarounds and portfolio management. A Chartered Accountant, Mr. Taylor has extensive experience managing complex financial structures and fostering sustainable businesses that return value to investors. He also serves on the Board of Tucows Inc. (NASDAQ: TCX; TSX: TC), a Nasdaq and TSX-listed company, and sits on its compensation committee and is chair of its audit committee.

Angela has been recognized for her leadership and investing acumen - she was named as one of the Top Female Deal Makers by the Wall Street Journal and in the Electronic Transactions Association’s (ETA) 2020 Forty Under 40. She has also been featured in Buyout’s Women in Private Equity class of 2022.

Angela holds a BA in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Banks joins Dye & Durham from Therium Capital Management, where he managed the firm’s commercial legal finance business in the U.S. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School and holds a B.A. from Tufts University.

Yves acquired extensive experience in the FinTech industry while working at D+H for 16 years as the global head of operations, business transformation and value creation. He also served as SVP Registries at Teranet, delivering a growth and innovation mandate in the real estate and property markets. Most recently, he was COO of Laurentian Bank, the 8th largest bank in Canada.

Samantha joined the company through the acquisition of PIE in September 2020, she has responsibility for HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Payroll globally.
Samantha is a chartered member of the CIPD and has worked in HR as a generalist for over 15 years.

Mr. Louie joins Dye & Durham from Thomson Reuters, where he most recently served as Head of Talent Development. Mr. Louie holds an M.B.A from Columbia Business School and earned a B.S. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Carl joined Dye & Durham from Thomson Reuters, where he served as the Vice President of Asia and Emerging Markets. In that position, he was responsible for driving transformation and growth, as well as overseeing strategy and operations. Carl will be responsible for overseeing the entire APAC business while playing a pivotal role in driving Dye & Durham’s growth and strategic expansion across the APAC region.

As head of Nielsen’s Attribution business, he integrated a complex mix of acquired and legacy products into a cohesive suite, streamlining fragmented product stacks and user experiences, boosting development velocity, and significantly improving operating margins.
