Chair
Brian is the Chair of the Board for Dye & Durham. In addition, he currently serves on board of directors of 3 other companies, including Oneok, Inc, Fish Technologies LLC and Brookshire Grocery Company.
Brian had a 36-year career with Deloitte LLP before retiring in 2014. During his tenure with Deloitte, he held many senior management roles including the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer and a position on Deloitte’s Global Board of Directors for 12 years. Brian also previously served on the national Board of the American Red Cross, the national Board of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Visitors of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Brian holds a BSc. from the University of Saskatchewan, an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant.

Under Matthew’s leadership, Dye & Durham’s business has grown through multiple acquisitions and partnerships. Matthew is passionate about the continual reinforcement of Dye & Durham’s vision, values, and goals to drive clarity and purpose for the business.
In 2018, Matthew’s leadership was recognized when he was announced as one of CNW Group/The Caldwell Partners International Inc.’s Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 Honourees. Matthew holds a BA from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Buckingham.

As the CEO of Softchoice, David built an amazing company and culture. He achieved rapid, profitable growth, and developed the next generation of talent. From 2001-17, he led Softchoice into new markets, introduced new product lines, and pursued strategic acquisitions to ensure consistent and profitable growth.
A big believer that culture matters, David ensured that the Softchoice culture valued employees, partners and customers. His approach led to a long tenured, high performing organization which was ranked as “Best Places to Work” for 14 consecutive years, and David was recognized by Glassdoor consistently as a top 10 CEO!
David led the purchase and integration of 7 companies while building Softchoice. He also spearheaded both a public offering, and then a PE-backed management buyout. As he transitioned from CEO to Softchoice Board Member, he handed over the reins of a business that had grown 5X in the last 10 years, with a $2.4B run rate.
After receiving his B. Comm from University of Alberta, David had the benefit of starting his career at Xerox, which was the high-flying tech company at that time.

Mario has over 20 years of advisory and capital raising experience in the technology sector working with numerous public and private technology clients across North America in domestic and cross border transactions.
Prior to joining Origin as a Principal, Mario was Director of Technology Investment Banking at BMO Capital Markets, responsible for coverage of technology clients across North America. Previously, Mario was Executive Director of Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking at CIBC World Markets. Mario has extensive experience across several technology sectors, having completed transactions in the software, hardware, communications, IT services, Internet and digital media sectors.
Mario holds a MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science with Honours from the University of Toronto Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering.

Leslie O’Donoghue is a respected C-Suite Executive with large international public company experience having led strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, operations, corporate governance, legal affairs and enterprise risk management.
She is former Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer of Nutrien Ltd; the largest globally integrated agricultural solutions provider listed on the New York and Toronto stock exchanges with an enterprise value of $50 Billion.
She has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Calgary and Bachelor of Laws from Queen’s University. She was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1989. Ms. O’Donoghue is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Ronnie Wahi

Ronnie is a partner in a public practice CPA firm and a seasoned Financial Officer, with experience in Operations, Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions. He has over 25 years of experience focused around building technology companies.
Ronnie held a variety of senior positions throughout his career, including CFO for Dye & Durham Corporation from its inception through to 2018. During his time as the CFO for the company, he led the finance function through multiple acquisitions and significant growth. Ronnie was also one of the original shareholders in OneMove Technologies, a predecessor to the Company.
Ronnie holds a BSc in Computing Science from Staffordshire University, and a CPA, CMA designation from the Certified Management Accountants Society of British Columbia.
Edward D. (Ted) Prittie

Edward D. (Ted) Prittie is currently Chief Executive Officer of RIM Incorporated. RIM is a Joint Venture with Iron Mountain. Ted is the majority owner, with Iron Mountain holding a minority shareholding.
RIM is focused on building the leading document storage business in Sub-saharan Africa. Prior to founding RIM, Ted was the founder of DocuGuard Ltd., the leading document storage company in Eastern Europe. DocuGuard was acquired by Iron Mountain in 2004, after which Ted joined the senior executive team of Iron Mountain as SVP Emerging Markets and for 14 years was responsible for Iron Mountain’s Emerging Markets business unit and Emerging markets M&A. During his time at Iron Mountain, Ted was responsible for Iron Mountain entering 15 new countries and acquiring 35+ companies. Ted holds a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. Ted is based in Budapest, Hungary where he has resided since 1990.

Charlie has over 20 years of experience practicing corporate securities law and mergers & acquisitions. Over the course of his career in private practice, Charlie has been Partner of several national Canadian and global law firms. Charlie has specialized in public and private mergers and acquisitions, public financings, regulatory compliance, board and special committee representation and other securities-related matters for public and private entities and securities dealers. He also has experience as a Senior Counsel and Manager, both at the Ontario Securities Commission and the TSX.
Charlie holds a BScH degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from McGill University and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Martha has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions advisory and corporate finance matters. Martha previously spent 12 years in Investment & Corporate Banking at BMO Capital Markets, most recently holding senior roles within their mergers and acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets teams.
In this capacity, she supported companies in achieving their strategic objectives by advising them on complex transactions relating to acquisitions and sales (in each case, of both public companies and privately held assets), mergers, joint ventures and equity capital raising activities. In addition, Martha recently served as a Director on the Board of TMAC Resources, a TSX listed mining company, during the sale of the company which concluded in January 2021.
Martha holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.

Prior to Dye & Durham John spent 8 years at Kyndryl (IBM) leading cross-functional teams responsible for major technology initiatives. John is known for strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills, and brings his expertise in global infrastructure design, development, and delivery.

As Chief Communications Officer, Wojtek leads the company’s internal and external corporate communications, corporate marketing, and branding functions. He is an expert-level communications leader with a track record of protecting and enhancing global brands and delivering strategic communications counsel to senior executives and boards of directors.
Previously, he was founder and managing partner at Provident Communications Inc., an award-winning strategic communications and public relations firm. Before that, he served in a variety of progressively senior corporate communications and public relations leadership roles at Manulife Financial Corp., Royal Bank of Canada and TD Bank Group. Wojtek also has an extensive background in daily business journalism, having served in reporting and editing roles at Thomson Reuters, the National Post and The Canadian Press.

Mr. Eichenlaub leads the company’s global sales organization and is responsible for Dye & Durham’s sales strategy in each of its markets around the world, identifying and executing on cross-sell and new-logo opportunities, growing contracted recurring revenue, unlocking new revenue streams and setting pricing.
Mr. Eichenlaub’s career in sales spans almost two decades. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President of Sales at HouseCanary, a U.S.-based, real-estate valuation technology company, where he rebuilt the company’s sales organization. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Sales at CoStar Group Inc., a publicly traded provider of online real estate marketplaces, information, and analytics, where he was responsible for more than 35,000 clients and approximately US$750 million in revenue and led almost 400 salespeople.

Mr. Nash leads Dye & Durham’s product teams globally and is accountable for building the company’s next generation of SaaS, integrating emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and delivering innovative solutions which help Dye & Durham’s customers achieve more growth with less effort.
He most recently served as the Chief Product Officer at Board International, a cloud-based, private equity-owned SaaS business which helps companies surface insights, make better decisions and plan more thoughtfully for the future. At Board, he built the company’s first-ever global product management practice and delivered multiple product and platform releases embraced by customers within his first 12 months. Mr. Nash is a commercially focused SaaS product leader with more than 20 years of product experience at organizations like NAVEX, CDK Global (formerly ADP Dealer Services) and Intel Corp.

Frank leads Dye & Durham's finance and administration functions globally and is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of progressively senior finance experience, including the role of interim Chief Financial Officer at TMX Group Limited, which he held from August 2020 to June 2021.
He has also served as CFO of the Canadian Depository of Securities since 2018, and Treasurer of the Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation since 2014. Prior to joining TMX Group, Frank held senior roles in the finance departments at Bell Canada and Rogers Communications. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 2001 and graduated from the University of Toronto with a Business Administration degree (Honours).
