Mr. Ajdler has significant experience serving on public company boards, including as: (a) a member of the Board of Directors of Hill International, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: REPH) from March 2019 to March 2020, including as a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee; (c) a member of the Board of Directors of Stewart Information Services Corporation (NYSE: STC) from May 2014 to December 2019, including as a member of the Compensation Committee; (d) a member of the Board of Directors of Charming Shoppes, Inc. Mr. Ajdler received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the Free University of Brussels, a Master of Science in aeronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Mr. Ajdler resides in New York, New York.

Mr. Gieskes held senior roles at RELX, a multi-national information and analytics company, for over two decades, including as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the LexisNexis Group, a leading global provider of legal research, information services and risk-management solutions, between 1997 and 2000. During his tenure, he managed LexisNexis’ transition from CD-ROM to internet and web browser technology and oversaw the acquisition and integration of Matthew Bender and Shepard’s Citations. Mr. Gieskes also served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Houghton Mifflin Company (now Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Company), a publishing company, between 2002 and 2003 and led the company through its sale to a consortium of private investment firms comprised of Thomas H. Lee Partners, Bain Capital and funds managed by The Blackstone Group.

Mr. Gieskes was the Group President and Chief Executive Officer of Cision AB (formerly STO: CISI), a public relations and communications software company, between 2008 and 2013. In that period, Cision completed nine divestments and made significant improvements to its debt levels, EBITDA and market capitalization.

More recently, Mr. Gieskes was the Chairman of OneOcean Group Limited, a maritime software company, from June 2017 to August 2022 and the Chairman of AXIO Data Group, a portfolio of information businesses, from September 2013 to May 2017. In addition, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Intelligize.com, a legal software company owned by LexisNexis, from September 2008 to September 2016.

Mr. Gieskes holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration from the Netherlands Institute of Marketing. Mr. Gieskes resides in Westwood, Massachusetts.

Previously, Ms. Keates was employed by Jonas Software, an operating group of Constellation Software, Inc. (TSX: CSU), for over ten years, holding a number of senior leadership roles, including as: (a) Portfolio Manager and Chief Operating Officer, Fitness Division from March 2013 to June 2018; (b) Chief Financial Officer from January 2011 to March 2013; (c) Vice President, Finance from January 2009 to January 2011; and (d) Director of Finance from August 2006 to January 2009.

Ms. Keates is designated as a Certified General Accountant and a Chartered Professional Accountant. Ms. Keates resides in Toronto, Ontario

Before joining Shopify, Ms. Khanna worked at PayPal Canada as Head, Payment Products and Engineering, Canada and US between 2014 and 2018, and as Head, Global Core Payments between 2012 and 2014. Previously, Ms. Khanna was Senior Manager, Product Management, Business Credit Cards at Royal Bank of Canada between 2010 and 2012.

Ms. Khanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Ms. Khanna resides in Toronto, Ontario.

Previously, Mr. Kinnear was the Chief Executive Officer of Azentio Software Private Limited, a banking and insurance software company, from May 2021 to August 2023. Mr. Kinnear served as a member of the Board of Directors of Azentio Software from August 2023 to August 2024.

Between 2005 and 2020, Mr. Kinnear held several leadership roles at Thomson Reuters Corporation (TSX: TRI; NYSE: TRI), a multi-national information conglomerate. In particular, he was: (a) President, Legal Professionals, from October 2019 to August 2020; (b) Managing Director, Asia and Emerging Markets, from June 2018 to September 2019; (c) Managing Director, ASEAN and North Asia, from January 2013 to May 2018; (d) Senior Vice President, Asia and Head of Business Development, Global Growth, from April 2010 to December 2012; and (e) Chief Executive Officer, Legal and Tax, Australia and New Zealand, from October 2005 to March 2010.

Mr. Kinnear held senior positions with LexisNexis between 1994 and 2001 and was Chief Executive Officer of SoftLaw (formerly ASX: SLC) between 2001 and 2004. Mr. Kinnear started his career as a lawyer at Mallesons Stephen Jacques, a commercial law firm

Mr. Kinnear earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney. Mr. Kinnear resides in Singapore.

Mr. Singh served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rectangle Health, a health software company, from March 2023 until November 2024. Prior to that, he served as President, US Information Solutions at Equifax Inc. (NYSE: EFX), a credit bureau, from February 2019 to March 2023. During his tenure, Mr. Singh helped execute $1.2 billion in strategic acquisitions and an extensive cloud technology migration.

Before joining Equifax, Mr. Singh spent over a decade at Global Payments Inc. (NYSE: GPN), a payments processing and software company, including as Group President, Integrated Solutions and Vertical Markets between 2016 and 2019, President, Global Payments Integrated between 2013 and 2016 and Senior Vice President and Global Head, Product between 2010 and 2013. Earlier in his career, Mr. Singh held senior management positions with HSBC and Citibank in the Asia Pacific region.

​Mr. Singh has significant board experience, including as: (a) a member of the Board of Directors of Paya Holdings, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: PAYA), a payments processing and software company, from October 2021 to February 2023; (b) a member of the Board of Directors of VantageScore LLC, a joint venture between Equifax, Experian and Transunion, from February 2019 to March 2023; and (c) a member of the Board of Directors of Consumer Data Industry Association between 2019 and 2023.

Mr. Singh holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Punjab Technical University, India and a Master of Business Administration from the Institute of Management Technology. Mr. Singh resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

A seasoned investor and capital allocator with over 10 years of experience, Mr. Shahinian is the founder of Camac Partners, an investment firm that manages portfolios for institutional and high-net-worth investors. Known for delivering strong results and strategic investment insights, Mr. Shahinian has built a reputation for navigating complex markets and driving sustainable growth.

Samantha joined the company through the acquisition of PIE in September 2020, she has responsibility for HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Payroll globally.
Samantha is a chartered member of the CIPD and has worked in HR as a generalist for over 15 years.

Martha is a senior business executive with experience in roles that span strategic, financial and operational matters. Prior to Dye & Durham, Martha spent over 12 years in Investment & Corporate Banking at BMO Capital Markets, most recently holding senior roles within their Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets teams. In this capacity, she supported companies in achieving their strategic objectives by advising them on complex transactions relating to acquisitions and sales (in each case, of both public companies and privately held assets), mergers, joint ventures and equity capital raising activities. In addition, Martha served as a Director on the Board of TMAC Resources, a TSX listed mining company, during the sale of the company which concluded in January 2021.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.

Scott Bleasdell is a seasoned Product Management Executive with over 19 years of experience building and delivering innovative software solutions in legal tech, telecommunications, IT systems management, and network security products.

Throughout his career at companies like CallRevu, Net2Phone, BMC Software, and Microsoft, Scott has consistently delivered transformative results, significantly improving customer satisfaction metrics, optimizing operational costs and reversing declining revenues into double-digit growth. His expertise spans multi-dimensional AI solutions, product-led growth strategies and talent development.

Scott's thought leadership has been featured in industry publications and events, showcasing his insights on AI technology and conversational intelligence in numerous sectors.

Yves acquired extensive experience in the FinTech industry while working at D+H for 16 years as the global head of operations, business transformation and value creation. He also served as SVP Registries at Teranet, delivering a growth and innovation mandate in the real estate and property markets. Most recently, he was COO of Laurentian Bank, the 8th largest bank in Canada.

He has also served as CFO of the Canadian Depository of Securities since 2018, and Treasurer of the Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation since 2014. Prior to joining TMX Group, Frank held senior roles in the finance departments at Bell Canada and Rogers Communications. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 2001 and graduated from the University of Toronto with a Business Administration degree (Honours).

Sanjay is a senior business leader with nearly 25 years of product, sales, and marketing management experience at leading technology-enabled global businesses, including TMX Group, Nasdaq, ADP, and Deloitte. Sanjay has particular depth and breadth of B2B go-to-market experience with SaaS businesses focused on the SMB market, which will be instrumental in Dye & Durham's ongoing shift to global SaaS-delivery model.

Since joining Dye & Durham, he has been an essential member of the team, serving in various senior roles, including Chief Information Officer. He has actively contributed to the company’s rapid growth, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions and has been instrumental in the business’ global expansion.

Eric holds a BASc in computer engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Queen’s University.
