Dye & Durham is continuing to assess the impact of the conditions by which the UK’s Financial Conduct Authorities is willing to approve the Company’s proposed acquisition of Link Group, and will continue to provide updates on the proposed acquisition when it is legally required or otherwise appropriate to do so.
