TORONTO, Sept. 8, 2022 /CNW/ – Dye & Durham Limited (TSX: DND) (“Dye & Durham” or the “Company”), a leading provider of cloud-based, efficient workflow software for legal and business professionals, today announced that Link Administration Holdings Limited (ASX: LNK) (“Link Group”) has received confirmation from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) that it will not oppose the proposed acquisition of Link Group by Dye & Durham, after accepting a court-enforceable undertaking from Dye & Durham to divest its existing Australian business (formerly GlobalX Information Pty Ltd and SAI Global’s Property Division).
Link Group has also confirmed Central Bank of Ireland’s (“CBI”) approval in respect of the transaction has been obtained. Written notification from the ACCC that it does not propose to intervene in the transaction and approval from the CBI were conditions precedent to the Scheme.
The Scheme remains conditional on the receipt of regulatory approvals from the Foreign Investment Review Board, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) and the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur.
