A passionate leader and business operator, Matthew is responsible for overseeing the business and leading the company’s expansion across Canada and internationally.
Matthew’s leadership has seen multiple acquisitions and partnerships, with the most recent one being the merger of OneMove Technologies Inc. and Dye & Durham Corporation. His clear vision has led the company to become Canada’s leading provider of legal solutions and software, as it continues to innovate and provide easy solutions to legal professionals.
Matthew holds an BA from the University of Cambridge and attended the University of Buckingham where he obtained a LL.B (Hons.).
Ronnie is a Chartered Professional Accountant with years of experience in the technology sector. As the CFO for Dye & Durham, he is responsible for both strategic and operational financial management of the company. He leverages his strong financial expertise to participate in strategic planning and visioning for the company.
Ronnie has been with the company through multiple acquisitions and stages of growth, maintaining and guiding its financial “health”. Prior to that, he was a partner in a technology company that was acquired by Stardyne Technologies in 2009. After staying on as the General Manager for a few years, he consulted independently to a variety of businesses on financial operations. Ronnie began his career in the UK as an independent software consultant after obtaining a BSc in Computing Science. He is focused on bringing industry leading best practices to his position, through continuous learning and improvement.
As VP of Sales, Aziz Pirani has extensive experience and a successful track record in the Software, IT Services and Telecommunications industries. Over the last five years, Aziz was Vice President at Access Point Information Canada (APIC) where he was responsible for Business Development, Product Management and Operations for three business lines that encompassed ProSuite, Tax Certificates On Line and eStrataHub – all of which are focused on the conveyance process to the legal, financial services and real estate markets. Aziz holds a BA (Double Major with Honors) in Economics and Commerce from Simon Fraser University and is a graduate of the Ivey Executive Leadership Program.
With more than 15 years’ experience in Software Development, Phil is in charge of developing the product and technical roadmap for the product development team. He brings a vast array of experience in high tech companies to bring great solutions to the market. Phil’s team is staffed with a high caliber group of technologists and product managers across the country.
When Phil is not focused on delivering the next great thing, you can find him sailing out on Lake Ontario.
As VP of Services for Dye & Durham, Chris brings over 25 years of experience investing and growing firms in technology, services, and manufacturing. His leadership helped the first company he worked with grow from 5 to 75 staff over two years. He took that passion for growth to start a manufacturing company that he took public and has a valuation of well over $20 million today. Subsequently, Chris founded and grew Pacific Alliance Technologies selling it fifteen years later to StarDyne Technologies. Since then he’s consulted with many companies from start-ups to the oldest companies in the Province.
When not growing companies Chris can be found on the slopes, riding or hitting a ball around a court.
Adrian brings over 10 years of experience advising a range of software & technology, services and manufacturing companies. He is a collaborative and charismatic leader with broad strategy, business development, transformation, sales enablement and communications experience. With a proven success record in navigating complex processes and developing strategic relationships with centers of influence and industry partners across all levels of an organization.
Prior to joining Dye & Durham full-time in 2016, Adrian advised the company through multiple acquisitions and stages of growth since 2012. Investment Banker by training, Adrian was previously with Integral Wealth Securities focused on high growth opportunities in North American.
Adrian can also be found competing in leisure sports activities, and volunteering in the community.
Jaimie brings to the Dye & Durham team over 10 years’ experience working as a real estate paralegal for various law firms in downtown Vancouver. Her experience includes, large development projects, project sales, and residential and commercial work. Today, she leads the Very Helpful Desk here at Dye & Durham to deliver one of the best customer services of its kind in the industry.
Outside of work, Jaimie loves being outdoors, playing softball and socializing with friends and family.
As VP Legal and Strategic Partnerships, Grant brings over 10 years of legal experience to the Dye & Durham team. He has experience practising law in BC and Ontario, and has worked both in private practise and in-house. Grant has been with Dye & Durham for five years providing legal counsel to the company and leadership to the real estate and corporate service divisions, as well as our branch offices. He understands the needs of our clients and partners well. In his current role, Grant is also responsible for maintaining and cultivating strategic partnerships with government and private entities. As part of this function, he holds the role of President of the BC Association of Professional Registry Agents. Grant is a frequent speaker at BC legal conferences and bar association events.
In his free time, Grant can be found hiking or biking up local mountains, or playing tennis.
Paul leads the IT Department at Dye & Durham and is responsible in bringing business applications, infrastructure, network, security, and systems operations for a trouble-free experience for clients. Simultaneously, Paul identifies opportunities for technological restructuring, development, and delivery of systems and solutions. Paul has a Master’s Degree in Business Analysis, several industry-recognized technology certifications and accreditations, and over 18 years of experience.
Paul enjoys travelling and learning about new languages and cultures, which stems from his many years of living and working abroad. In his spare time, Paul gets lost in his woodworking atelier and movies.
