SURVEY – New Supreme Court Civil & Family Rules Training

On July 1, 2010 new Supreme Court Civil and Family rules will come into effect in British Columbia that aim to lower costs and increase access to the justice system. These changes also involve adjustments to forms, processes and procedures within the civil court registries. Dye & Durham is currently designing a series of continuing legal education offerings to train legal support staff on the updated processes and procedures.  These sessions will be conducted starting in early 2010. Please take a few moments to complete the attached survey Your input will assist us in determining the best structure and most convenient way to encompass your needs for training in these new Supreme Court Civil and Family Rules.
