PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO ELECTRONIC FILING REQUIREMENTS
PROPERTY TRANSFER TAX ACCOUNTS
As part of the initial myLTSA Enterprise account set-up, the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) requires all customers who electronically file with the Land Title Office to set-up new Property Transfer Tax (PTT) accounts.
For security reasons, the Property Transfer account(s) established in your former Land Titles BC OnLine account could not be migrated to your new myLTSA Enterprise account. As a transitional service to customers, the account credentials for your Property Transfer Tax account in your former Land Titles BC OnLine account are currently accepted when filing a Property Transfer Tax return.
Please note this is a temporary measure which will be terminated very soon. We strongly advise that you immediately re-establish your Property Transfer Tax accounts in your myLTSA Enterprise account, if you have not already done so. This will avoid any inadvertent delays.

SUBMISSION METHOD FOR MORTGAGE RELEASES
As announced on February 21, 2014, it will no longer be permitted to submit a hardcopy Form C – Release of Mortgage by scanning and attaching it to an electronic Form 17 – Release, effective June 30, 2014. After June 30, 2014 mortgage discharges will be required to be prepared and submitted on an electronic Form C – Release of Mortgage. However, in order to accommodate instruments prepared before the effective date of this practice change, a hardcopy Form C – Release of Mortgage signed by the mortgagee (lender) on or before June 30, 2014 may be submitted using an electronic Form 17 – Release.
VERSION 24 OF PROPERTY TRANSFER TAX FORM
Effective June 30, 2014, only version 24 of the Property Transfer Tax (PTT) form will be accepted by the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia’s Electronic Filing System.
