To avoid delays in the processing of your Small Claims documents for electronic submission, please follow the court procedures outlined below:
ONLY the COURT COPY of the document is required for electronic filing Amounts “MUST” be filled in on all NOTICE OF CLAIMS and be TOTALLED; i.e.: “Claimed amounts; Filing Fees; Service Fees and Total” INDIVIDUAL documents must be separately scanned and labelled accordingly.
