Dear Valued Client
As a result of technical difficulties, BC OnLine has been inaccessible since about 10:00 this morning. Paper filings that did not require pre searches have been submitted to the registries throughout the day. At 3:30pm, the LTSA posted a memo on their website outlining the EFS Emergency Procedure. This entailed sending 1st pages (and any additional pages that include legal descriptions) to the LTSA via email, fax or courier before 4:00PM today. See link for EFS Emergency Procedure- http://www.ltsa.ca/data/img/publication/EFS-Emergency-Procedure.pdf
