In response, effective May 2, we are introducing new bundled services. We will no longer be charging for rejections, amendments, communications with our team, or a number of other support services. These will now be included with our various search, registration and filing fees. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee will continue to apply to everything we do for you, our valued clients.

As part of our ongoing efforts to reduce our collective environmental footprint, we encourage you to go electronic with us. To facilitate this, Dye & Durham proudly offers two innovative applications that will allow you to submit, manage and retrieve your documents more efficiently and more cost-effectively. ETRAY is our online work order system and ECORP is our corporate records management system. Neither require fuel or paper and both are weatherproof, for faster processing.
