New Supreme Court Family Practice Direction – Requisitions

Please note that a new family practice direction (FPD – 13) relating to applications made by requisition pursuant to Supreme Court Family Rules 7-1(4), 14-3(4) and 22-6(4) is effective as of December 15, 2015. It replaces FPD – 2.

The requisition (attached as Schedule A to the practice direction) must now include the position of the other party(ies) on the application.
