LTSA’s Electronic Services Moving Away From BC OnLine

Dear Valued Client:

Please be advised that as of May 1, 2014, LTSA’s Electronic Services will no longer be accessible via BC OnLine.

Provided you use Dye & Durham for your search and registration needs, no action is required. Dye & Durham will continue to handle your documentation in the normal manner, including disbursing Property Transfer Tax on your behalf.

Those who wish to use LTSA’s Electronic Services after May 1, 2014 will need to register for a new portal – “myLTSA”, as well as set up an Electronic Payment Authorization account for Property Transfer Tax transactions. Users will still be required to access BC OnLine for corporate or court services, as well as BC Assessments and Tax Certificates Online.

In the coming weeks you may be contacted by the LTSA with information on how to register for the portal.

If you have any questions, please contact Dye & Durham’s Real Estate Support Services department at [email protected] or at 604.257.1810.
