New ETRAY Feature: Faster Processing of Work Orders
Dye & Durham has recently added an exciting new feature to ETRAY where the status of work orders under the “File Only” tab are checked, and updated accordingly, every 15 minutes. This increased frequency allows Dye & Durham’s Court Registry Support Services team to provide even faster updates to you.
As shown in the images below, one of two small icons is now displayed in the “Status” column of your work order, for your convenience, to indicate whether your documents are filed (and available in your work order out-tray) or still pending. If you hover your mouse over the icon, it will show you the last time the work order was checked (if it is still pending), or when the filed documents were uploaded into the ETRAY work order out-tray.
