Due to the recent media coverage of title fraud and the corresponding public concerns over the security of their title, Dye & Durham has launched a new service to offer peace of mind to British Columbia property owners.  Rather than taking out a duplicate title, individuals can register with our Title Search and Monitoring service under which we will provide notification upon the occurrence of any activity on or against their title for a renewable period of one-year (excluding minor items such as amendments to legal description and non-financial incidents).More details about this program and mortgage fraud in general, can be found at  We have also included an online order form and contact information for our specialized staff who are always available to handle inquiries and offer assistance.Dye & Durham recognizes the high level of security inherent in BC’s Torrens-based land registry system and fully supports the Land Title Survey Authority in proliferating this message.  For those individuals seeking extra reassurance, however, we are pleased to provide this monitoring service.
