The calendar covers the BC Supreme Court registries within the Lower Mainland, as well as Victoria. It is colour-coded to distinguish between registries.

Small Claims: When submitting your paper documents for filing at the Small Claims registry, all of a 1) court copy; 2) claimant copy; 3) defendant copy; 4) third party copy; and 5) service copy are required. Kindly use the prescribed forms available at: http://www.ag.gov.bc.ca/courts/small_claims/info/forms.htm, which contain all the necessary copies. When submitting Small Claims documents for electronic filing through ETRAY, please provide only the court copy. That is the only copy the court accepts. Trial Briefs: If your trial brief is longer than 5 pages, it must have an index in order to be accepted for filing by the registry. Notices of Trial: Please note that notices of trial can take several weeks to process. It is dependent on the volume at the relevant court registry. Notices trial are not stamped at the registry counter—they must be left with the registry for processing.
