Dear Valued Client, BCOnline has posted the following LTSA Service NoticeLTSA Service Notice There is a temporary delay of up to 60 minutes when imprinting electronic document images with the application number, date, and time. If a document image is retrieved without the imprinting on it, customers are directed to wait and try again. Technicians are actively working on the problem.
