LTSA to Relocate Prince George and Prince Rupert Records to Victoria Land Title Office

This September, the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (the “LTSA”) will be permanently relocating its collection of records for the Prince George and Prince Rupert land title districts from the New Westminster Land Title Office to the Victoria Land Title Office. With offices in both Victoria and New Westminster, Dye & Durham will continue to seamlessly process all of your search and manual filing requests.

Dye & Durham employs highly experienced title researchers in both our Victoria and New Westminster offices to address all of your search, historical research, and manual filing needs. We have worked with Prince George and Prince Rupert records for decades (from our New Westminster office location), and are familiar with their unique attributes. Our Victoria search agents have decades of experience, and will benefit from our unique knowledge of the affected records.

Given the LTSA’s planned records’ move, records from Prince George and Prince Rupert land title districts will not be accessible on September 18th or 19th, 2014. Accordingly, please submit any requests around this time period to Dye & Durham as far in advance as possible – and noting any deadlines – so that we may ensure that your needs are met.

Kindly contact Dye & Durham’s Real Estate Support Services department at [email protected] or 604-257-1810 should you have any questions or require assistance. Additionally, our Prince George office can be reached at 250-564-0616.
