Please be advised of the following message released by the Land Title & Survey Authority:
“The Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA) will now provide customers with an electronic refund for any electronically submitted land title application that has been withdrawn or cancelled and requires a credit to be issued.
Refunds will be credited directly to the BC OnLine account of the submitter of the electronically submitted land title application. Once a refund has been issued, the submitter will receive a Refund Notice in their BC OnLine Mailbox or email, depending on their service delivery options. Refund Notices can also be accessed by searching for the notification on the View All Notifications or Submission Dashboard pages located under Submissions in the main navigation of the LTSA’s Electronic Services.”
