The calendar covers the BC Supreme Court registries within the Lower Mainland, as well as Victoria. It is colour-coded to distinguish between registries.

Trial Certificates: A trial certificate must be filed at least 14 days before but not more than 28 days before the scheduled trial date. Helpful information on calculating the deadline for filing a trial certificate is available here. Trial Briefs: The original plus 3 copies are required for filing a trial brief with Supreme Court Scheduling. Small Claims: When submitting your Small Claims documents for electronic filing, only the “court copy” will be accepted. Kindly remove all other copies before submission.
