Requirement for Affidavit in Support of Consent Order to have multiple trials heard together. Cheques will be sent directly from Provincial Treasury to the mailing address provided on the Requisition for payment out and should be received in the mail within 5-10 business days of processing. Vancouver and New Westminster Court registries are experiencing delays in processing orders. If you require an order to be entered on an urgent basis, please submit a letter with the reason for urgency and the date you need the order back. Application materials for a hearing that is to place outside of the home registry need to be filed in the home registry. The Application Record is to be filed in the registry where the application will be heard.
