New Format for Land Title Practice Publications
The Director of Land Titles is introducing format changes to the Land Title Practice Bulletins related to land title forms.
Land Title Practice Bulletins related to land title forms are now called “Director’s Requirements” and include the month and year published as a convenient filing reference. The renaming of existing Land Title Practice Bulletins related to electronic and hardcopy land title forms includes the Director’s Requirements for Electronic Filing (formerly Practice Bulletin 104) and Director’s Requirements and Approval for Hardcopy Land Title Forms and Plans (formerly Practice Bulletin 01-10).
Director’s Requirements are published to the Land Title Practice Publications and Regulations section of the LTSA’s website. This page also includes the publication of LTSA Board of Directors regulations, including the Land Title Act Board of Directors Regulation, Reg. 332-2010.
