Filing Late Rule 51A Chambers Materials

Dear Clients,Further to the FYI sent out on Friday, November 30th, 2007 regarding the late submission of Rule 51A Chambers Materials, please be advised that the requirement for a letter addressed to the registry setting out the reason for delay ALSO applies to the New Westminster and Chilliwack Supreme court registries.Again, materials received into our Dye & Durham offices after 11:30am will be charged a “rush” filing fee of $10.00.
