This month’s calendar covers Supreme Courts within the Lower Mainland and Victoria, and is colour coded to distinguish between registries.

All consent orders require a Requisition (Form 56) to be filed with it (original plus one (1) copy).

Don’t forget that a backing sheet is required to be attached to ALL orders and defaults.

The Court will not stamp copies of orders, please only send in the original order for processing.

Vancouver Trial Division will only accept the following documents for filing at the counter: Trial Certificates, Jury Notices and Application materials set for the next day.  All other documents will be submitted to the registry and will be returned within 2 – 3 days depending on the volume at the registry.

Small Claims Registries will only accept Notices of Claim if the totals are complete.  Notices of Claim not completed in their entirety will be rejected by the Registry.

When submitting a trial certificate via ETRAY™ it must be submitted with a list of witnesses.

The Court Services Online electronic filing service is NOW AVAILABLE in all 43 court locations across British Columbia.  The CSO e-File service allows users to submit electronic court documents in civil actions to Supreme Court and Provincial Court registries.
