Litigation Calendar for February 2015 Now Available

The calendar covers the BC Supreme Court registries within the Lower Mainland, as well as Victoria. It is colour-coded to distinguish between registries.

Application Records: A copy of the notice of application (and any requisition resetting the hearing date) must be attached to the front of every application record.
Petition Records: A copy of the petition and notice of hearing (as well as any requisition resetting the hearing date) must be attached to the front of every petition record.
Consent Orders: Consent order must be submitted for entry with a requisition (form 31 for civil matters and form 29 for family matters). Payment of Funds Out of Court: A requisition and copy of the entered order are required for payment of funds out of court. A certified copy of the order is not necessary.
