Dear Valued Client,
We have had a number of inquiries lately with respect to the turn around times for documents submitted for electronic filing via ETRAY to Court Services Online (CSO). Dye & Durham would like to remind our clients that it is important to note that all CSO documents filed through ETRAY will receive a date-stamp that corresponds with the e-filing submission date – this is not the date they are returned to ETRAY or to your desktop. While submission of documents to CSO is electronic, they must still be reviewed by a Court Services Branch staff member to ensure they meet the minimum requirements for filing. Documents that meet these standards will be stamped and accepted for filing. Dye & Durham continues to monitor litigation filings through ETRAY and will determine on a case-by-case basis, the most expedient method of submission and therefore, may process your files manually.
