Electronic Title Search Printing

We have been advised by the LTSA that any title search printed from a BC OnLine title display, delivered by email, or sent to the BC OnLine mailbox after March 24, 2013 at 1:00 PM may not display all content. Printed and PDF copies of Electronic Filing System pre-and post-searches may also be affected. Although the View Title screen in the LTSA’s Electronic Search Services displays the correct information on-screen, some portions of the content spanning across more than one page may be omitted in the printout or the PDF copy of the title sent to the customer.As the on-screen version is correct, The LTSA urges those affected to compare their title printout or PDF copy with the View Title screen version.The LTSA is working to resolve this printing issue. If you purchased a title search print after March 24, 2013 at 1:00 PM, you are able to request a replacement title search printout from the LTSA Customer Service Centre by completing the form at http://www.ltsa.ca/cms/contact-form.
