The Land Title & Survey Authority (LTSA) has introduced three NEW Form 17’s along with Form A Version 16. According to the LTSA, “The highlight of the new transactions is the ability to submit Certificates of Pending Litigation, Caveats and Expropriations with accompanying plans under the Provincial Expropriation Act.”
