ETRAY Work Order Status Updates – “Filed in Court”
In an effort to provide the most timely updates with respect to your ETRAY work orders, Court Registry Support Services will be marking all work orders with the status “Filed in Court” once your filed documents have been uploaded to your work order out-tray. This will be prior to invoicing and marking your work order “COMPLETE”.
You can choose whether or not you would like to receive notification of this additional step. Simply go into your account setup, then into “My Preferences” and select or deselect the corresponding option. This is how:
