Application Records: Please attach a filed copy of the notice of application and a filed copy of the requisition resetting the application to the actual hearing date (if any) to the front of the application record. This is a court registry requirement.
Small Claims: If the defendant is a company, a company search is required for filing a notice of claim at Small Claims Court.
Court of Appeal: When filing bound books late pursuant to a consent order, the books and the consent order must be submitted to the registry at the same time. The order does not need to come back entered first before the books are submitted.
