Please note that Court Services Online is experiencing a service interruption. At the present, we are unable to file any documents electronically. No estimated time for a resolution is currently available.
Dye & Durham will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates, if and when they become available.
For any documents that are of an urgent nature, in addition to noting this on your ETRAY™ work order, you may select the “Manually File” option provided, which will notify Dye & Durham’s Court Registry Support Services team to print and file your documents, where possible (noting there are some registry restrictions as to which documents can be printed and filed).
