CSO Process Delays

October 10, 2014

Please be advised that Supreme Court Scheduling in both VLC and New Westminster is currently experiencing staffing constraints. As a result:

VLC Supreme Court Scheduling is currently processing packages submitted electronically just prior to 4:00 p.m. on October 1. New Westminster Supreme Court Scheduling is currently processing electronic packages also submitted October 1.

We are advised that staff are actively working on the e-filing packages, and are processing them as quickly as possible.

For litigation documents that are of an urgent nature, in addition to noting this on your ETRAY™ work order, you may select the “Manually File” button, which will notify Dye & Durham’s Court Registry Specialists to print and file your documents.  Please note there are some restrictions to which documents can be printed and filed. Dye & Durham’s Court Registry Specialists will advise once received.

Please contact Court Registry Support Services at 604-257-1854 or email [email protected] for more information.
