For any litigation documents that are of an urgent nature, in addition to noting this on your ETRAY™ work order, you may select the “Manually File” option provided, which will notify Dye & Durham’s Court Registry Support Services team to print and file your documents, where possible (noting there are some registry restrictions as to which documents can be printed and filed).
