Changes to Registration of Divorce Proceeding Form

Effective immediately, the carbonized form of the Registration of Divorce proceedings will no longer be accepted by the Supreme Court Registries.

Click here for the new Registration of Divorce Proceedings Form (RODP).

For those who file electronically, the Registration of Divorce Proceeding Form located on the Court Services Online website has been updated for CSO users to complete and submit electronically.
