Amended Litigation Calendar for March 2015 Now Available
Dye & Durham’s Litigation Calendar offers you important information, including:

The calendar covers the BC Supreme Court registries within the Lower Mainland, as well as Victoria. It is colour-coded to distinguish between registries.

Provincial Court – Family Registry: For every filing at the Provincial Court family registry, 4 copies of the document (3 copies plus the original) are required.
Supreme Court – Consent Orders: A requisition must accompany all consent orders for entry in the Supreme Court. It is form 31 for civil matters and form 29 for family matters.
Court Orders – Backing Sheet: A backing sheet must accompany every order submitted to the court for entry, with the exception of orders in criminal matters.
