Requirement for Affidavit in Support of Consent Order to have multiple trials heard together
Please be advised that all Supreme Court registries are now rejecting Consent Orders submitted for the purpose of having multiple trials heard together, that do not have an Affidavit that satisfies the requirements for the exercise of discretion. The courts are asking that you refer to:
