Nanaimo, Kamloops & Prince George Courts Come Online

In what marks continued advancement toward streamlining British Columbia Court Services, Nanaimo, Kamloops & Prince George Small Claims and Supreme Courts are now fully equipped and ready to accept electronically filed submissions.  There are a total of eleven registries throughout the Lower Mainland and around the province currently accepting e-filing, with several more poised to come online in the very near future.  Dye & Durham is proud to offer fully supported electronic filing through our revolutionary E-Trayapplication and to provide guidance and support during this exciting period of evolution.  E-filing through E-Tray affords not only ease and efficiency, but the opportunity to substantially reduce the ecological impacts associated with heavy reliance on paper, printing and courier services.  We, at Dye & Durham, are committed to moving forward and continuing to explore innovative ways to support our customers and our industry.  If you have any questions or comments regarding this FYI, please contact our Litigation Division at 604-257-1854 or email [email protected]
