Following the SCC’s June 26 decision, CLE is offering a webinar on Tsilhqot’in Nation v. British Columbia: Analysis and Implications. The webinar takes place Wednesday, July 16, and counsel from the decision will discuss the background, analysis and implications of this landmark Aboriginal title case.
