Upcoming Event: Family Mediation – The Better Way to Address Separation & Divorce

February 6, 2015

Just in time for Family Day, Mediate BC is hosting a panel event discussing the benefits of mediation for families going through separation or divorce.

“Is your family going through separation or divorce? Mediate BC’s panel of family mediators can tell you how mediation can make the process easier, often without needing to go to Court. Bring your questions on February 17th at 7:00 pm, and find out more about programs and resources for families from Sources Community Resource Centres, Options Community Services Society, DIVERSEcity Community Resources Society and Pacific Community Resources Society”.

 Panelists include:

  • Family Roster mediators Brenda Hooper and Kevin Moye
  • Family Justice Counselor Elissa Dehgan
  • Legal Advocate Ram Sidhu

The event takes place at the Surrey City Centre Library at 10350 University Drive, Room 120. The event is free but registration is requested as seating is limited. See the event poster here.

Can’t make it to Surrey? Mediators across BC will setting up to offer info in provincial courthouses in their own communities over the next two weeks. See Mediate BC’s Family Day 2015 Events page for all the details.
