Legal Clinic for Temporary Foreign Workers in BC

MOSAIC and Access Pro Bono have teamed up to provide a free legal clinic for temporary foreign workers in BC.  Pro Bono lawyers, who are members of the Law Society of British Columbia, will provide free legal consultation on issues related to temporary foreign workers including employment, family, human rights and immigration.

Low income migrant workers (including  low skilled workers, persons under the Live-In Caregiver Program, agricultural workers, etc.) are eligible for the service.  To make a appointment for a free, 30-minute consultation, contact MOSAIC’s IM.POWER.ED Project at 604 254 9626 or Access Pro Bono at 604 878 7400.

The clinic is located at  MOSAIC, 1720 Grant Street, Vancouver, BC, and is open Mondays from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
