The Law Foundation of BC recently announced its Legal Research Fund. The Fund provides $100,000 per year to support legal research projects that advance the knowledge of law, social policy, and the administration of justice.
University faculty members, lawyers, and non-profit organizations in BC are eligible to apply for a maximum of $20,000 for one and multi-year projects. The Law Foundation especially encourages legal research projects that reflect the diversity of British Columbia. Letters of intent must be received by September 23, 2011, and should be discussed with program director Michael Seaborn prior to submission.
