Grant and Laurelly will take part in a presentation titled, “Electronic Filing in BC: What’s New and How to Use Client-Centric Technologies to Achieve Results”.
This session will examine our province’s transition towards e-filing technology, and will discuss the current state of efiling in the registries, courts and boards; and how best to configure office technology to achieve results.
Laurelly Dale (B.A., LL.B.) manages D&D’s Litigation Support Services department and handles all of D&D’s litigation, employment, contract drafting and negotiations. Before joining D&D, Ms. Dale was a trial lawyer in Ontario and BC. Ms. Dale is a published author, speaker and presenter, recently covering such topics as “The New Family Law Act: Predictions, Implementation & Procedures” and “Federal Court Practice & Intellectual Property”.
Grant McLaney (B.A., LL.B.) manages D&D’s Real Property Support Services department and handles all of D&D’s commercial leasing, legal research and compliance matters. Before joining D&D, Mr. McLaney practiced real estate law in Ontario. He was a frequent contributing author for publications such as the Ottawa Citizen and the London Free Press.
