November 4, 2011

The BC Court of Appeal recently updated its Frequently Cited Authorities list.

“To reduce the amount of paper filed with the Court, parties are reminded that, where a listed authority is relied upon, the party need only reproduce the headnote and passage in their Book of Authorities.”

The new list, which is divided into civil and criminal cases, is available here: Frequently Cited Authorities (Civil & Criminal Practice Note, 21 October 2011). The list was last amended in 2009.
