BC’s law schools are hosting a variety of events occurring at all three campuses for both continuing and first year law students. We’ve rounded up the list below. Here’s where to be seen this September.
Orientation week features the Dean’s Banquet, a Kick Off Party, an opportunity to meet your professors, and a Careers Panel. New this year are events such as Vancouver Adventures, OutLaws Social and a Beach Day.
Plenty going on at UVic which can be found in their back to school calendar, undergraduate orientation, including information for living on campus and Indigenous Student’s Week of Welcome, and the celebrations for students.
Welcome dates include Tuesday, September 8 and Wednesday September 9. Tuesday and Wednesday will be Academic and Social Orientation for first year students while Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to noon is the all students and faculty Welcome Ceremony and Breakfast.
We wish new and returning law students the best of luck on their winter semester!
