Dye & Durham is pleased to present this one-time webinar regarding various aspects of appellate procedures from leave applications to stays and applications in Appeal Court.  This session will examine key elements of the appellate process and is designed for litigation paralegals, legal support staff and lawyers.


Presenter:  Christopher Bailey, Instructor, Vancouver Community College.  Mr. Bailey is a graduate of Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a minor in law and political thought.  Formerly, he was a Senior Intake Officer at the BC Court of Appeal and Appellate Legal Assistant at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (Vancouver).
