Clients using ETRAY™ to file electronically on Court Services Online (CSO) should be advised that it is not possible to file documents from one court registry in another court registry.  CSO is currently not designed to allow court file numbers to be submitted in alternate registries.  Documents in these cases must be filed in hard copy only.

When submitting documents for filing via ETRAY™, please convert your document from word to pdf before you upload them.  If you are scanning your documents, scan each document individually.

Clients using ETRAY™ to file documents on CSO should note that the CSO system limits size of the files to 8MB.

When submitting an Affidavit for electronic filing, each Affidavit submitted must be accompanied by a Form 144 – Electronic Filing Statement.  Financial Statements being filed electronically also require a Form 144 for filing. Electronic filing statements must include action number, registry and style of cause.
